DATE AND VENUE
Imagination Festival will take place on Friday, November 15, 2024 at the Holešovice Exhibition Center in pavilions B and C. The gates of the venue open at 20:00 p.m. and the music program ends at 5:00 a.m.
We recommend that you come early to avoid unnecessary queues, not to miss some of the foreign performers and also to have the opportunity to get some items from our limited edition merchandise at the stand, which will be located in the area near the dressing rooms.
During the festival, visitors will be able to move freely between the pavilions. There will also be an outdoor area between the halls where, among other things, refreshments, toilets and a smoking area will be located.
HOW DO YOU GET TO THE EXPO HOLEŠOVICE?
The best way to get to Výstaviště is by metro line C (Nádraží Holešovice stop) and then by tram no. 17 (Výstaviště stop). The route from the tram stop to the pavilions is shown on the map below.
PRESALE OF TICKETS
Presale of ticket will be running until they are sold out. The official pre-sale of tickets is launched only on our website imaginationfestival.cz / imaginationfestival.com.
TICKETS AT THE SPOT
We will publish information about the availability of tickets at the spot in the week before the event. We recommend buying tickets in advance to avoid possible queues at the box office.
SECURE TICKET RESALE
Use the platform to securely resell tickets TicketSwap.
Avoid buying tickets from resellers or on social networks – thus exposing yourself to the risk of fraud. All tickets go through a reader upon entering the premises and cannot be reused.
Tickets can be easily resold without changing the name.
MOBILE APPLICATION
The Woov mobile app is also available this year! In it you will find an interactive festival map, timetable, and through the application you can also communicate with other ravers.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entry to the festival area is permitted only to visitors over 18 years of age and only with a valid festival ticket.
Tickets purchased online do not need to be printed, just present the ticket with the QR code on your smartphone.
After leaving the premises, the ticket becomes invalid.
ACCREDITATION
Accreditation for artists, press and ticket winners will be located before entering the venue. Do not forget to bring your ID card with you, which is necessary for your identification at accreditations.
Accreditations will open at 19:30 and are located in the same way as the ticket office before entering the premises.
ZPT/P
A visitor who can prove himself with a ZTP/P card (or III degree of disability) and a ticket to the event is allowed to take his assistant with him for free. This exception does not apply to ZTP holders (ie II degree of disability).
ON-SITE PAYMENTS
You can pay both in cash (Czech crowns and euros) and by card in the entire area (at the bars, at the refreshment stands and at the merchandise stand).
DRESSING ROOM AND LOCKERBOXES
A cloakroom will be available on site where you can store your personal belongings. The price of the dressing room is 70 CZK for a jacket and 100 CZK for a backpack.
Lockers will also be available on site. Lockerboxes will be located near the dressing room and available throughout the event. One lockerbox has a capacity for approximately 3 jackets. Cabinets can be purchased in advance.
REFRESHMENTS AND STANDS ON SITE
Fresh food will be available in the outdoor zone by GrillFreaks.
There will be a stand in the chill-out zone in the area of Pavilion C 4RAVES with festival styling, makeup and LED accessories.
There will also be a harm reduction stand in Pavilion C Hard & Smart.
RETURNABLE CUPS
In order to save the environment from tons of waste, we are again introducing backup cups. The deposit for one cup will be CZK 70. When you buy another drink, each cup will be exchanged for a clean one. Cups can be returned at bars. Damaged or otherwise degraded cups cannot be redeemed.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pavilions - please respect it. Visitors will have the opportunity to go out into the fresh air during the entire duration of the festival - a sufficiently large outdoor area is reserved for this purpose.
PROHIBITIONS AND WARNINGS
It is forbidden to bring any kind of drink, weapons, drugs, pyrotechnics, laser pointers, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic bottles, camelbacks or any sharp objects that could endanger other visitors into the premises. Dealers who are caught selling drugs on the premises will be handed over to the Czech police with the assistance of security guards. In case you meet such a person, please let our security know.
Every visitor is obliged to undergo a security check, for which we thank you in advance. We ask that visitors avoid crowding in any queues, as this will not speed up your entry to the festival.

FIRST AID AND SECURITY
Medical services will be present on site. Security service and firefighters will also pass through the area, ensuring the safety of all of us. Please report any problem to our security immediately, we want to create a safe environment for all ravers together.
SOUND SYSTEM / PA
Imagination Festival will be covered by professional audio (PA) systems from Funktion-One and L-Acoustics. We recommend that visitors take earplugs with them to protect their hearing.
PHOTO AND VIDEO
Photography and filming at the festival with cameras, cameras and mobile phones is allowed. Recording with professional equipment is only possible after prior agreement and approved accreditation.
During the event, our video team will be filming on site. Please treat them with respect and you may be rewarded with participation in the festival after-movie.

The day after the Imagination Festival there is an after party at the Storm Club. You can secure entry to this event for free with a flyer that you will receive at the Imagination Festival.
