CONSENT TO RECEIVING NEWSLETTERS

Thank you for your interest in receiving news from our world of music. In order to send them to you, we need your consent.

Who are you giving consent to? To us, Beatworx s.r.o., Company ID: 082 62 021, located at Prokopova 148/15, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, a company entered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 315901 (“we”).

Why will we write to you and for how long? If you give us your consent to process your personal data and to send you newsletters (commercial communications), we will send you news by e-mail. For this we need your e-mail address, which you hereby provide to us, and you also agree that we may use it in accordance with this consent and our Privacy Policy. We will process the email address for 3 years.

What if you don't want to hear from us anymore? In that case, you can easily cancel the newsletter at any time. You can do this, for example, by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by clicking on the link in each newsletter. In addition to no longer writing to you, we will also delete your e-mail address from our newsletter contact database. However, if we have it stored in other databases (such as our customer databases), then we may keep it in those databases. However, we will not send you newsletters. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data before you withdrew it. We may also retain personal data that we process on the basis of a legal basis other than consent – for example, to comply with our statutory obligations.

Who can help us with all of this? The following people and companies help us with sending newsletters:

  • MailerLite, Inc., a US based company which helps us send out newsletters and is committed to ensuring the same level of data protection as in the EU.

What are your rights? First and foremost, we would always appreciate if you write to us first if you have any questions. However, you also have the following rights:

  • You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data. If so, you have the right to access that personal data and to be told what personal data it is.

  • You may ask us to correct incorrect data or complete incomplete data.

  • Under certain conditions, we are also obliged to delete your personal data or restrict its processing if you ask us to do so. Under certain conditions, you also have the right to transfer your personal data to another controller.

  • If you suspect that your personal data is being unlawfully processed, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office www.uoou.cz, , located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.

In addition, you also have the right to object if we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest. This objection can be sent to our contact address or to [email protected]. We will then evaluate it within one month of receipt at the latest.
