TICKETS ON THE SPOT
On-site ticket information will be posted the day before the event.
START OF THE EVENT
Entrance opens one hour before the start of the musical production at 21:00. For your comfort and convenience, we recommend you arrive early to avoid any queues. Entrance to the event area is possible from 18 years of age. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted. After leaving the premises, the ticket is no longer valid.
ENTRY & ACCREDITATION
Visitors who have bought a ticket in advance will arrive directly at the entrance to the venue. Avoid buying tickets from resellers – all tickets are scanned on entry and cannot be reused. We recommend you arrive at 21:00 to avoid unnecessary queues.
Accreditation and the ticket office are located next to the main entrance of the club. Don’t forget to bring your ID card , required to identify you on your credentials.
LEAVING THE PREMISES
After leaving the premises, the ticket is no longer valid.
LOCKERBOXES AND CLOAKROOM
Lockerboxes can be purchased in pre-sale for 250 CZK / 10 EUR + 100 CZK key deposit and can be purchased via the following link. The capacity of one lockerbox is approximately 4 jackets or 3 jackets and one backpack. So you can use one lockerbox together with your friends.
If you are interested in a lockerbox, we recommend purchasing one in advance as we cannot guarantee availability on site.
In addition to the lockers, there will also be a classic cloakroom where you can store your clothes for a fee of 50 CZK or a backpack / bag for a fee of 100 CZK.
PAYMENTS ON THE PREMISES
On the premises of the SaSaZu club it is only possible to pay cashless by NFCtron. Visitors will receive a SaSaZu card for the first recharge on site, which can be used to pay at all bars. The fee for the first recharge on the spot is 30 CZK. Cash can be loaded onto the card during the evening at several top-up locations on the club premises.

Along with the top-up, you will be prompted to create an NFCtron Pass account, where you will find a QR code confirming your transaction after topping up. You will then collect the card with the top-up amount at one of the recharge points in the club upon presentation of this QR code.
You can also spend the credit you top up at the SaSaZu club at other events taking place there until the end of 2023. You can also check all transactions in the NFCtron mobile app. You can then request a refund of any unused credit to your bank account until 31 December 2023.

REFRESHMENTS
There are plenty of bars with soft and alcoholic drinks. Food stalls will not be provided at the event.
SECURITY AT THE EVENT
Your safety will be taken care of throughout the evening by a professional security team, which also acts as a fire and rescue service in the SaSaZu club. Any problems should be reported to them immediately.
HARD & SMART
The Hard and Smart Program will be in charge of your party safety at the event. If you don’t know them yet, you can stop by when you feel like the party is getting too much!

PHOTO AND VIDEO
Photography and filming at the festival with cameras, camcorders and mobile phones is allowed. Recording with professional equipment is possible only after prior arrangement and approved accreditation. When using photos and recordings, it is always necessary to visibly mention where the shots are taken from.
SMOKING IN THE AREA
The SaSaZu club has a strict no smoking policy – please respect it. Visitors will have the opportunity to get out into the fresh air throughout the festival – an outdoor area is reserved for this purpose.
HOW TO GET THERE?
The SaSaZu club is located in the Holešovice market. There are many stops in the area – TRAM Holešovická tržnice, Metro “C” Vltavská (both about 5 minutes walk).
PARKING
Non-stop parking in the complex offers 400 outdoor parking spaces with the possibility of entering from Jateční and Komunardů streets. 1 hour of parking is free. Each additional hour 50 CZK/hour incl. VAT.
PROHIBITIONS AND WARNINGS
It is forbidden to bring any drinks, weapons, drugs, pyrotechnics, laser pointers, aerosol sprays, cans, plastic bottles, camelbacks or any sharp objects that could endanger other visitors. Dealers who are caught on the premises selling drugs will be handed over to the police with the assistance of security. If you see such a person, please let our security team know.
Every visitor is obliged to undergo a security check, for which we thank you in advance. We ask that visitors avoid crowding if there is a queue, as this will not expedite your entry to the event.
Our video team will be on site during the event. Please treat them with respect and you may be rewarded with participation in aftervideos.
