Useful information

Read our guide to the next edition of the festival. We will keep the practical information up to date.

In case the event does not take place due to government restrictions, tickets will be valid for the new date or you will be able to refund your tickets within 2 weeks from the original event date.

The Imagination Festival will take place on 24 November 2023 in halls of the Prague PVA EXPO in Letňany.

Imagination Festival starts at 8:00pm and ends at 6:00pm. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid unnecessary queues, not to miss some of the international performers and also to have the opportunity to get some of our limited edition merchandise at the booth that will be located in the dressing room area.

To speed up the check-in process, handstrip wristbands will not be attached to visitors’ hands. Visitors will have the opportunity to get out in the fresh air throughout the festival – the outdoor area between the halls has been reserved for this purpose, where refreshments will also be available.

Once you leave the premises, your ticket is no longer valid.

Tickets are available for pre-sale until Friday afternoon on our website. Tickets purchased online do not need to be printed, just present the ticket on your smartphone.

Tickets will open at 7:30pm and are located as well as an acreditation/guestlist stall outside the entrance to the venue. Don’t forget to bring your ID, required for identification on your accreditations.

PLEASE NOTE: Avoid buying tickets from resellers or on social media – all tickets are scanned upon entry and cannot be reused.

Visitors who present their ZTP/P (or level III disability) ID and event ticket are allowed to bring their assistant for free. This exemption does not apply to holders of a Disabled Persons Permit (or level II disability).
