Everything you need to know about Imagination Festival 2024 in one place. 

Imagination Festival will take place on Friday 15 November 2024. The gates of the venue will open at 20:00 and the music program ends at 5:00. 

We recommend that you come early to avoid unnecessary queues, not to miss some of the foreign performers and also to have the opportunity to get some items from our limited edition merchandise at the stand, which will be located in the area near the dressing rooms. 

Imagination Festival 2024 will take place on the premises of Výstaviště Holešovice in pavilions B and C. 

During the festival, visitors will be able to move freely between the pavilions. There will also be an outdoor area between the halls where, among other things, refreshments, toilets and a smoking area will be located.

Tickets can only be purchased online on our website. It is possible to pay by entering a payment card, using Google Pay and Apple Pay. To use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you must have an active card stored in these services and use the correct browser (Google Chrome or Safari).

The payment can also be divided into several deposits. The first deposit is paid when booking the ticket, the subsequent ones are deducted automatically in the coming months. All deposits must be paid in advance. If no additional payment is made, the ticket will not be sent and deposits already paid are non-refundable.

All tickets will be sent by email 2 weeks before the festival and will also be available in your online account at that time. 

When buying tickets, just choose the deposit option. Booking a ticket in this way applies to all available tickets and can be selected if the items in the cart have a minimum value of CZK 1200. You pay the first deposit directly at the time of purchase, the others are spread out monthly in the same amount. Advances will be billed to you automatically and you will always receive the info by e-mail. No interest, no fees.

You have the option to pay in 14 monthly deposits until August 8, 2024. From August 3, deposits will be reduced to 15; from September 8, 2024, the deposit plan will be terminated.

We want to keep your tickets safe, so you will receive them by email 2 weeks before the event (November 1, 2024. Tickets will also appear in your user account here on the website at the same time.

Creating an account allows you to view all your bookings and reservations. You can download your tickets in PDF, view your deposit plan and update your card details.

Our tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, you can try to sell your ticket directly through your customer account here on the website (once this option is live). We do not recommend buying or selling a ticket from any other third party to avoid scammers.


Avoid buying tickets from resellers or on social networks - you expose yourself to the risk of fraud. All tickets go through a reader upon entering the premises and cannot be reused.

Entry to the festival area is permitted only to visitors over 18 years of age and only with a valid festival ticket.

Tickets purchased online do not need to be printed, just present the ticket on your smartphone. 

After leaving the premises, the ticket becomes invalid.

Accreditation for artists, press and ticket winners will be located before entering the venue. Do not forget to bring your ID card with you, which is necessary for your identification at accreditations.

A visitor who can prove himself with a ZTP/P card (or III degree of disability) and a ticket to the event is allowed to take his assistant with him for free. This exception does not apply to ZTP holders (ie II degree of disability).
