VISITATION ORDER

  1. Introductory provisions

1.1 These visitor regulations are guidelines issued by the promoter of the event, Beatworx, s.r.o., IČ 08262021, with registered office at Prokopova 148/15, Prague 3 - Žižkov, ZIP code 130 00, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 239394 (hereinafter "operator" and/or "organizer" and/or "promoter"), which determines the basic binding rules for persons entering the premises of the event (hereinafter referred to as the "event area") and using the facilities located on the premises of the event venue (hereinafter referred to as the "visitor rules ") at the time of the event.

1.2 The purpose of the visiting regulations is mainly to ensure safety, fire protection, hygiene, health and property protection in the event area, as well as to ensure ideal conditions for all sports, social and/or cultural events (hereinafter referred to as "events") that will be held in the event area. The aim of the attendance rules of the event is also to ensure a pleasant sporting and social atmosphere in the area.

1.3 For the purposes of these visitor regulations, the event area is the visibly delimited premises of the operator on the grounds of the venue (hereinafter referred to as the "event area"). The opening of the area and individual areas of the event area will be specified approximately 14 days before the event.

1.4 By purchasing a ticket and/or presenting a ticket when entering the event area and/or entering the event area, each visitor expresses their consent to the conditions set forth in these visitor regulations, and at the moment of entering the event area, these visitor regulations become binding for each visitor, for the entire duration of stay in the event area. For the purposes of these visitor regulations, visitors and/or members of the public are any person entering the event area, including media representatives.

1.5 The provisions of these visitor regulations apply similarly to persons entering the event area on the basis of a special contractual relationship with the operator and/or its contractual partners (hereinafter referred to as "personnel").


  1. Event area

2.1 The event area is used for visitors to spend their free time and to actively participate in and watch the events that are organized in the area.

2.2 The public can enter the event area, or to its appropriately defined zones, enter only with the consent of the operator and/or only during visiting hours and/or only in accordance with the conditions set out in these visiting regulations. Any complaints can only be made before entering the premises.

2.3 Entry to the event area is possible from the age of 16. 

2.4. A visitor who can prove himself with a ZTP/P card (or III degree of disability) and a ticket to the event is allowed to take his assistant with him for free. This exception does not apply to ZTP holders (i.e. II degree of disability)

2.5. Supervision of the observance and respect of these visitor regulations is carried out by duly designated employees of the operator and other persons authorized and duly designated by the operator, the security service, or its duly designated employees, and within the scope of their legal powers also the Police of the Czech Republic and the Municipal Police of the City of Prague.

2.6 Only visitors with a valid ticket (festival wristband) and/or other document entitling them to stay in the event area, or in its individual zones. Every person in the event area is obliged to carry a ticket/wristband and/or other document authorizing stay in the area for the entire duration of their stay in the event area and, at the request of an employee of the organizer, a person authorized by the organizer and/or the security service, without delay to prove their authorization to stay in the area. The wristband authorizing entry to the festival remains the property of the organizer until the end of the festival. The bracelet can be taken away from the visitor, among other things, if he violates the Visitor Rules. Anyone who will not be able to prove their authorization to stay in the event area may not be allowed into the area and/or may be removed from the area.

2.7 The ticket to the event area is valid exclusively for the indicated day, hour, event, venue and possibly also the sector, row and place indicated on it. The ticket is only valid unaltered, undamaged and complete, i.e. with a control slip and, unless otherwise specified by the operator, entitles only one entry to the event area. When leaving the event area, the ticket becomes invalid, unless otherwise stated on the ticket. A visitor who intends to visit the event site again on the same day may, at his express request and based on the organizer's decision/permission, be marked with a non-transferable wristband when leaving the site, on the basis of which he will be re-entered the event site on the same day. The ticket is non-transferable, unless expressly stated otherwise on the ticket.

2.8 Persons who are clearly under the influence of alcohol or other addictive and narcotic substances, as well as persons whose behavior endangers the safety and/or health of persons and/or property located in the event area, lose their authorization to stay in the event area and do not have to be admitted to the event area and/or may be removed from the event area by an employee of the organizer, a person authorized by the organizer and/or the security service. In the same way, persons who violate the rules set out in these visitor regulations and/or who do not respect the instructions of the organizer's staff, persons authorized by the organizer and/or security services may not be admitted to the event area and/or may be removed from the event area.

2.9 Persons who will not be admitted to the event area and/or will be removed from the event area under the conditions of these visitor regulations are not entitled to a refund of the paid entrance fee or other costs incurred to enter and participate in the events organized in the event area. At the same time, the organizer may restrict or completely prohibit the persons mentioned in this provision from entering the event area.

2.10 The sale of tobacco and alcoholic products to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited in the event area. At the same time, the operator reserves the right to completely prohibit the sale of tobacco and alcoholic products for the duration of selected events organized in the event area. Information about the special ban on the sale of tobacco and alcoholic products according to this provision will always be suitably published in the event area and at the same time will be made known by the operator or the security service to all concerned persons.


  1. Obligations of visitors

3.1 Visitors to the event are obliged to behave in the event area in such a way that their actions do not endanger the safety and/or health of third parties and/or their property, as well as facilities located in the event area, and also not to restrict, threaten or harass other visitors by their behavior a measure corresponding to the circumstances resulting from the course of the events held in the event area.

3.2 Visitors to the event are obliged to follow the instructions and regulations of the organizer's staff, persons authorized by the organizer and/or the security service, as well as the instructions and regulations of the Police of the Czech Republic, the promoter's fire service and the medical emergency services.

3.3 Each visitor is obliged to prove himself to the organizer at the designated place with a confirmation of a negative test for SARS-CoV-2 and/or a confirmation of completed vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 and/or will be able to prove immunity after suffering from SARS-CoV- 2 in accordance with valid and effective legislation regarding the protection of the population against the further spread of the disease COVID-19 caused by the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (hereinafter referred to as "legislation related to the coronavirus pandemic"). The organizer reserves the right not to admit a visitor who refuses to prove himself in the above ways to the festival area or to other places related to the area, i.e. to a tent city, parking lot, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "festival premises"). 

3.4 Visitors are obliged to use a respiratory protection device (nose, mouth) in the festival premises, if this is required by valid and effective legislation related to the coronavirus pandemic. The visitor acknowledges that the organizer is entitled to ask him, even through a third party, to use this protective device, in case of non-use. If the visitor refuses to use the protective equipment described above, the organizer reserves the right not to allow such a visitor into the festival premises or to ask him to leave the festival premises without any compensation from the organizer. 

3.5 The visitor is also obliged to comply with other possible obligations and restrictions related to valid and effective legislation related to the coronavirus pandemic.

3.6 In the event that the visitor is sanctioned by the relevant administrative authorities due to non-compliance with valid and effective legislation related to the coronavirus pandemic, the organizer has the right to claim damages from the visitor.

3.7 Visitors to the event are obliged to respect the rules resulting from these visitor regulations and generally binding legal regulations, as well as the rules of decent behavior and good manners.

3.8 Visitors to the event are prohibited from bringing into the event area and/or having the following items in their possession in the event area:

3.8.1 racist, defamatory, vulgar, or other materials contrary to good manners;

3.8.2 weapons of any kind, as well as all objects that can be used as cutting, stabbing or striking weapons or other objects that could endanger the safety, health or life of visitors;

3.8.3 corrosive, flammable, explosive, coloring, dry ice or other substances affecting health;

3.8.4 bottles, containers, cans or other objects made of breakable, shattering or exceptionally hard materials;

3.8.5 pyrotechnics or launching devices;

3.8.6 addictive and narcotic substances;

3.8.7 balloons filled with helium or other gases;

3.8.8 own alcoholic beverages, full camelbacks and/or food; 

3.8.9 animals, with the exception of assistance dogs for physically disabled persons;

3.8.10 materials promoting a political party or movement, or any politically oriented materials;

3.8.11 excessive baggage;

3.8.12 materials that would promote persons who are not official partners of the operator, and/or any other materials, the use of which in the area could violate the protection of the good name of the promoter and its partners;

3.8.13 all kinds of drones and other flying or driving models including remote control models and are prohibited from operating / using them without the prior written permission of the promoter.

In the case of bringing in or importing bicycles, skateboards or scooters, visitors note that they may only ride them in the event area in places designated for this purpose.

The operator or persons authorized by him have the right to decide on the dangerousness and/or unsuitability of individual items brought by the visitor to the event area, in particular the senior staff of the security service (e.g. Supervisor) and/or his superiors, when entering the event area, or even at any time after the visitor enters the event area. The decision of these persons is binding for the visitor of the area. Persons holding dangerous and/or inappropriate objects within the meaning of this article are obliged to leave these objects outside the event area at their own risk. Otherwise, persons holding dangerous and/or inappropriate objects within the meaning of this article lose their right to stay in the event area and may not be allowed into the event area and/or may be removed from the event area by an employee of the organizer, a person authorized by the organizer and/or the security service.

3.9 Visitors are obliged to allow the operator's employees, persons authorized by the operator and/or the security service to inspect the items and luggage brought in to check compliance with the previous provision. If the visitor refuses to be inspected according to this provision, he may not be allowed into the event area and/or may be removed from the event area.

3.10 Visitors to the event agree to undergo a security search in order to check compliance with these visitor regulations, both luggage searches and personal searches by the operator's employees, persons authorized by the operator and/or the security service.

As part of a security inspection, visitors to the premises may be subject to inspection, for example, by means of technical means intended for this purpose. If the visitor refuses to perform a security check according to this provision, then he may not be allowed into the event area and/or may be removed from the event area.

Visitors to the event are also prohibited from:

3.10.1 display, disseminate or publicly promote racist, defamatory, vulgar or indecent slogans or images and/or incite others to do so;

3.10.2 promote any political party or movement, or product or service;

3.10.3 climb over or enter any structures and equipment in the event area, especially facades, fences, walls, barriers, lighting equipment, trees, columns, roofs, guardrails, support structures, etc.;

3.10.4 enter areas that are not intended for visitors, or personnel and/or to whom he does not have the appropriate access authorization;

3.10.5 throw any objects into spaces where visitors, staff or performers move - for example, stages and auditoriums;

3.10.6 sit and/or lie down and/or stand and/or kneel on barriers, fences, stepping barriers and other equipment or technical means of the promoter and its suppliers, which are not expressly intended for the above activities;

3.10.7 make any audio or video recordings on the premises for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the operator;

3.10.8 to smoke in rented tents, marquee tent areas and any other covered areas;

3.10.9 arbitrarily move or otherwise manipulate the promoter's equipment and/or equipment, or its suppliers located on the premises;

3.10.10 manipulate in any way the distribution of water, electricity, air, or other equipment in the area of ​​the event;

3.10.11 destroy any equipment and facilities located in the event area, including park trees and grasses;

3.10.12 describe, stick or paint any device, equipment or communication in the event area;

3.10.13 defecate outside the toilets, or pollute the event area in any other way;

3.10.14 move in the area off roads, or off roads and areas designated for that purpose by the operator;

3.10.15 enter the premises without prior consent, or operator's instructions;

3.10.16 threaten violence and/or commit it against an individual and/or group of persons and/or incite others to do so.

3.10.17 For safety reasons, it is forbidden to sleep in the car in the parking lot.

3.11 Visitors and staff of the event are particularly obliged to:

3.11.1 act in such a way as to prevent the occurrence of fire;

3.11.2 respect the prohibition - starting a fire, igniting and/or setting off any pyrotechnics in the event area or in its vicinity;

3.11.3 if a fire is detected, proceed in accordance with the fire alarm directive;

3.11.4 respect the ban on making fires in the entire area of ​​the event;

3.11.5 respect the ban on filling balloons with gases that form an explosive or flammable mixture when mixed with air;

3.11.6 respect the ban on releasing so-called "lucky lanterns", also known as "flying wishes".

3.12 Visitors are not authorized, without prior written consent and/or contrary to the conditions of the operator's granted written consent, to carry out any business or similar activity in the event area, or to give away and/or sell any items to other visitors, including newspapers, magazines, printed materials, advertising brochures, etc., or store any items inside the premises.

3.13 When entering the individual parts of the event area, visitors will familiarize themselves with the rules of operation/operational conditions of the area in question and are obliged to follow these rules of operation/conditions in the relevant area and respect the instructions of the organizer, respectively. persons authorized by him.


  1. Material responsability

4.1 Visitors enter and use the event area at their own risk, and visitors are obliged to act in the event area in such a way as to prevent damage to health and/or property, both to their own and to the health or property of third parties. The organizer does not assume any responsibility for damage to health and/or property caused by the visitor through the fault of another visitor and/or visitors, both in the case of intentional and unintentional actions that caused the damage. Damage can only be claimed directly against the person and/or persons who caused the damage through their actions.

4.2 Visitors are obliged to leave things only in places directly reserved for this purpose by the operator. The operator is not responsible for the loss of items outside the places reserved by him for storage or storage. Things left outside the places reserved for this purpose by the operator may be removed by the operator for safety reasons and will be further handled by the operator in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.

4.3 Visitors are obliged to hand over to the operator, a person authorized by the operator and/or the security service all objects found on the event premises. In the event that visitors find any suspicious objects in the event area, or objects that are capable of endangering the property, lives and/or health of third parties, they are obliged to immediately inform the operator, a person authorized by the operator, the security service. Each visitor is liable to the operator and/or any third party for damage caused as a result of his violation of the rules resulting from these visitor regulations and/or other binding legal regulations.

4.4 The operator is entitled to demand from the visitor the release of an item that caused injury and/or damage to the operator and/or any third party.

4.5 Visitors are obliged to inform the operator and/or the security service of any injuries and/or damage occurring in the event area.

4.6 In case of evacuation of the event area or parts of it, or other emergency situations, visitors are obliged to comply with the "Fire Alarm Guidelines" and evacuation rules of the area and follow the instructions of the operator, persons authorized by the operator, the security service and/or components of the integrated rescue system. 


  1. Making audio-visual recordings and monitoring the premises

5.1 Visitors take note that the organizer makes video or audio-visual recordings of the events at the event site. These records are taken while respecting the necessary level of privacy of the visitors, but the visitors are not specifically asked for their express consent, nor are they individually informed about the taking of the records. Visitors also note that the organizer uses these recordings for self-presentation, in particular by publishing them on their website and on Youtube. The organizer will comply with any explicit objection of the visitor who is being recorded to the taking of the recording; Disagreement must be communicated verbally to the person recording on behalf of the organizer, in a way that does not raise doubts about what the visitor is asking for.

5.2 The organizer bears no responsibility or is a guarantor for any claims in connection with the possible illegal acquisition and possible further processing of video and audio-visual recordings by other visitors. It also allows accredited journalists, television and radio station reporters and other persons carrying out publicist and journalistic activities to enter the event area and take these recordings.

5.3 The campus is monitored by security cameras. Visitors are informed of this via information boards. The organizer may use the visual recording for the purpose of investigating a criminal activity or security incident by handing it over to law enforcement authorities, the municipal police or an insurance company. It does not process the saved visual itself.


  1. Final Provisions

6.1 The rules set out in these visitor regulations may be further supplemented by rules relating to individual events organized in the event area or its parts. Such additional rules will always be appropriately published in the event area and/or part of it, or available from the operator or the security service, and visitors are obliged to comply with them.
