Installment system and terms - INSTALLMENT TICKET:
The total amount that the customer pays in installments corresponds to the offer price of the installment ticket. There is no charge for this service.
An installment ticket paid properly and on time in accordance with the payment calendar entitles the visitor to enter the music area of the IMAGINATION FESTIVAL 2024 event and its equivalent is a Standard ticket.
The first installment will be charged to your credit or debit card as soon as you purchase your ticket. Each additional installment will be charged to your credit or debit card monthly in accordance with the payment schedule.
You have the option to pay in 14 monthly installments until 8/2024/3. From August 15, 8, installments will be reduced to 2024. On September 2, 15, the installment sale will end.
Terms of the installment system and additional information:
After the first installment is successfully made, further installments will be paid from your stored card in accordance with the payment schedule. If any payment is declined, we will attempt to process the payment again. If your card is declined again, you will receive an automatic email notification and the system will attempt to make a payment from the card two more times (at weekly intervals). If all 3 payment attempts fail, your installment plan will be automatically canceled within 24 hours of the third unsuccessful payment attempt. In this case, you will be contacted to request an alternative payment card to be entered in your customer account and will be asked to pay the remaining balance. Any alternative payment card must belong to and be in the name of the original purchaser. If an alternative card is not provided to us within 5 days of the due date, your ticket will be void. Likewise, if the payment is not successfully made within 10 days from the due date of any of the installments, your ticket will be invalid and the transaction will not be completed.
The transaction will only be completed after all installments and fees have been properly and timely processed and the entire amount owed has been paid in full. Any payments made (including service fees) that have already been paid are non-refundable and will not be returned to you in the event of an incomplete transaction.
The installment ticket cannot be transferred, returned or exchanged after purchase.
It is not possible to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of tickets within fourteen days, as this is a contract that belongs to the exceptions where it is not possible to use the right to withdraw (according to § 1837 letter j) of the Civil Code).
The purchase of tickets is governed by the Civil Code and the law of the Czech Republic.
